Back from Australia, Mason and Daddy got to open a last Christmas present that arrived right as we were leaving.  Yes, that's yet another Mercedes-Benz car seat that's designed to turn off the front seat airbag.  It's fun for a little tool around the neighborhood.  Mason also visits the Fort Worth Zoo; enjoys ice cream with cousin Aimee and shows off his big, blue eyes.

While Daddy's in Europe on business, Mason allows his girlfriend Hailey to lead him around and takes him on a date.  In mid-January we got our first snow.  Of course it closed everything down.

We finished up January with a trip to the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center.  It gave us a chance to pretend that we can take our Range Rover off-road.  Mason got to see all sorts of animals and he got really close to the zebra -- lots closer than Mommy wanted.

Mommy and Mason joined Daddy in London for a couple of weeks and had a lot of fun.  Mason takes a brief break from terrorizing the other passengers and enjoys the entertainment on the American Airlines 777-223ER, while Daddy tries to forget that there's ten more hours to go!  The first stop on any London trip needs to be to Hamley's and Mason loved the stuffed animals.  He kissed most of them and wanted to take them all home.  Next stop needs to be Pizza Express for an order of dough balls with garlic butter.

While Daddy's at work, Mommy, Mason and our friend Kim toured the city and went to fun places like Diana, Princess of Wales' Memorial Playground, the London Eye and Paddington Station to meet Paddington Bear.  After work, Daddy gets a beer at one of the only non-smoking pubs.

On the last day, Mason sleeps in a real bed, tries out Mommy's clogs and enjoys a train ride to the country side.  Back at home, Mason shows off his computer to Hailey.
